"I purchased a set of speakers which was supposed to include a subwoofer. The speakers arrived about a week later, but the subwoofer wasn't included. I filed a claim, a process which was supposed to take 10-15 business days, and began waiting. I hadn't heard anything after their waiting period was over, so I began emailing them. Every email I sent was ignored, so I called and was told that my claim was being expedited and I'd hear from them in 3-5 business days. Of course, I didn't so I emailed again and received no response. Finally, 40 days after I filed my claim they changed my order page to "Claim denied," still without contacting me and giving me the reason.
I called, once again, and was told that the item description had been incorrect and that they weren't going to honor it. I was told that my only options were to keep the incorrect item or they'd send me a return label. I chose the second option, but they couldn't even get that right. No return label ever arrived, so now I have to begin the nightmare of dealing with their horrible support again, just so that I can return this item.
I have an extremely long history with this company, most of it positive, but I've recently learned that if you have a problem with the company, you're going to be doing all of the work to resolve it and you probably still won't get a satisfactory result."
