"Confused at some point of the process of knowing where my order was being shipped and all the info I have access to such as tracking and communication about my purchase was confusing because I checked my order after being shipped and it never showed the correct or expected information about it. She verified the product I was ordering snd what vehicle it was for... when I received the product, it was the wrong product for my vehicle. "Needed the product to enable a family member to get int and out of the vehicle more easily. Product arrived in good condition and was relatively easy to install, in my driveway, with a floor jack and jack stands and a few simple hand tools. The installation took longer than the 40 minutes advertised, but it was the first one I've installed so I spent a lot of time reading and re-reading the directions. So far, the results have met my expectations."
