Missing product

"I order a dash kit and luxury steering wheel for my HHR. I never received my steering wheel. That was 2 months ago. I ve written complaint after complaint only to end up with nothing. I even ordered a replacement which has yet to arrive. It’s safe to that you guys haven’t exactly swept me off my feet."

Still haven't gotten my stuff. Just excuses.

"I ordered two parts, only got one, and that was a month ago. No matter how much I email CarID, I get nowhere. I was guaranteed the missing part would be shipped immediately, and that was weeks ago now. Now the only response I get is excuses and 'well get back to you in 24-72 hours.' I'm fed up. Now of all things I don't get an email about my order, I get an email wanting a review! I don't this so guys. "
