Dissappointed

"I placed an order, it was suppose to be delivered on Saturday. The following Tuesday, I received an email stating that the part was not available and the order was canceled. I don't think that I will be dealing with CARid any more. Thanks"

Terrible colustomer service/ overall experience

"This has been a terrible experience I’ve emailed you guys plenty of times due to me receiving the wrong size rims and tires and haven’t gotten a response. At this point I’m ready to just do a return instead of an exchange so I don’t have to wait for the right ones. Some time off compensation is necessary for this terrible service "

Shipping and communication needs wok

"He people who help me set my package together great and knowledgeable, shipping another matter package came late by weeks apparently do to one of the rims being damaged which is ok but no notification or call to let me know and the extra caps arrived late also they forgot o ship them to me but sales people awesome."

Need communication

"ETA at the beginning of the order was emailed. However, because the wheels and tires had to be sent across country for mount and balance, they took a full month to arrive. We were sent the wrong shipping info at this point which led us to believe they would arrive sooner. Still missing our wheel lock and lugs and install kit. I had to call 3 times and email twice to finally get info on if we were going to receive the missing pieces. An email would’ve been nice when they already knew the parts and pieces were not in the package to begin with. I would have appreciated CAR ID being proactive with letting us know what was going on. "
