"I recently purchased a power steering gear box by cardone reman for my 1988 Chrysler Fifth Avenue 318 ci., I order it going by the pic on the website that had the same part number as mine and did not check the compatible part number listed. I got the part and did not fit; the part looked pretty good, very clean paint; would have been very happy if it had fitted. I ended up remanu the original and requested an RMA from CARiD and got help from Ed (very helpful and friendly) with just a few questions regarding my order and condition of the part; after everything was said and done, I got the approval for the return paperwork and the return shipping label with the promise of a refund for the purchased part and core charge with the exception of the shipping cost and return shipping cost because it wasn't their mistake. (Understandable) I sent the piece back and did get my refund as promissed. Excellent customer service."

"Bought a front hitch for Ram 3500.The description online said it would fit. After attempting install it wasn’t the correct item. I called and the customer service person said “ o yea we didn’t put it in there for that model, that won’t work” and of course they didn’t carry the correct hitch so I was out. Return process very difficult and customer service was not helpful. "
