"I bought some nerf bars and one of the threaded inserts was stripped. When trying to take the bolt out it spun freely and would not tighten or loosen. I popped it out of the nerf bar when repackaging to send back and still have not received credit or a return label. The guy at customer service told me they would issue credit and it has not been done. They have requested pictures two different times and I submitted them both times. This has been going on for almost a month now with no result. Very disappointed "
