"I used this company twice in the last few months to order 2 different model car shades by Intro Tech (the shades are terrific! and despite the long wait time for the first one, the quality was so great i returned to CAR ID for the cheaper price rather than use other dealers). Both times I was quoted a shipping date that was not met. Upon being informed of this (and it was DAYS after the anticipated shipping date that I finally got an email), no new date was quoted. I used the online customer service chat multiple times asking for an update, only to be told the order was in process, delayed by the manufacturer and I would receive an updated shipping date within 24-48 hours. NEVER heard back either time.
I eventually received both shades, and as mentioned, am very happy with the quality of IntroTech.
Customer service was terrible!! and would avoid this dealer due to that fact alone."
