"I ordered 2 Bilstein shocks the 7/2/24 - I only received 1, the other was back ordered which I didn't know until I called. By that time one did me no good - so I asked for a refund - Jirah said she would process the refund. Then the 2nd shock showed up, I called again and asked for a refund for both of them - again they said they would process it. Another couple of weeks go by and still no return label. I called again - Maharyta said she would process the refund again.
I finally received the return label on 7/26 - boxed everything up and shipped out the same day. Also, everything is brand new in boxes - I didn't even open them.
It is now 8/2 and I still have not received the refund.
Your process is horrible and I'll never buy anything from CARid again!!!
