"I ordered Planted Seat Brackets. The page said a 7-10 day ship time. After 10 days, I contacted Planted myself, and come to find out the 2 brackets I ordered from CARID were not even made yet. CARID is just the middleman. I cancelled the order and am still waiting for a refund... ridiculous how they can take your payment in 5 seconds, and then take weeks to refund you! "
"Was unable to remedy a product with missing parts. Multiple calls to the company went unanswered. The on-site chat box was no help as they referred me to a phone number that no one ever answered.
Finally called the number provided on the PayPal Dispute site to get a return label.
No one was ever able to talk to me about the product I purchased or resolve the missing parts.
Such a waste of time. "

"I ordered a set of tires. I found out the next day that I needed a different tire. I call and emailed before they shipped and got no return email or call back. Then they shipped no email saying they have been shipped! They just show up I’ll called and emailed again no reply!
I finally got some customer service after leaving this bad review. It’s sad that’s what it takes to get a reply. I sent my tires back but I’m still waiting on my refund! I’ll will update again once it’s finished "

"Still don’t have my wheels and tires. Ship date came and went, nothing. Called twice, nothing. Maybe in another week or two. These were in stock and ready to when I ordered and when I called. Customer service woman lied to me when I called and told the same one on the second call. I’m likely losing a customer over this. So highly not recommended and definitely not ever recommending you again. On top of this you send the review form while I’m still waiting. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. We have now surpassed a second shipping date no wheels, no update. What is going on? Can somebody please let me know, my customer is irate. 6/25 and still waiting, had to buy from someone else due to no arrival date and none of the promised updates. Seriously, avoid this company at all costs. They said it is non cancellable but don’t deliver it either. Missed the 30 day window refused to refund as I requested. They sent tracking numbers from when the original order shipped from them to the contractor right before the 30 day window. And on top of all this no lug nuts. Uggh! "
