Tailgate handle

"Sent my vin number to get the right part. The Dorman part they sent did not fit even if Dorman said it does. The camera absolutely wouldn’t fit. The part after altering went on but left a 3/4 inch gap at the bottom. I was offered $15 credit on $50 part. I declined and have changed my parts supplier."

"Marketing info said item was aluminum & stainless. Your sales staff told me the brackets were stainless and boards were aluminum. That is not accurate! Not as advertised!! Do not appear to be very well made!! Not impressed at all! "

Unacceptable

"Don’t buy from this company, I received an item I purchased and need to return because the item they sent is a plastic mess.. The 5 foot long square box they sent this rolled up in was damaged . Had to throw away the box. It was a mess also. No box no return, I was taken for 144.95 on a “husky” trunk liner. I wish I could post pictures "

"I rushed delivered a part from them on 06-15-24
2-4 business days is what I was told I have yet to receive the part. When I tried to cancel they said they would be charging a fee. So I’m disputing it through my bank.
