"Lights look good. Wire harness provided looks good. However, instructions for mounting fog lights are non-existent and instructions for installing wiring are very poor and not vehicle specific. "I will never order a single part from them again. Told me it was oem replacement part found out it was not. Not even close then they tell me they don't even sell my part for my car after I had to call around to get oem part number. Took a week and I informed them that I had already painted them and told me that if it's their mistake they would still solve the issue. We'll I sit here with the part that they turned arou d and said they cannot take item back it was altered and offered me a 20$ gift certificate. I took that as an insult considering part was way more then that. Stay away they came up with every excuse and made it my fault. Stay away I would never recommend them. If I would of read reviews first I wouldn't of gone through them and wasted my money. Also some agents I spoke with were very rude and unpleasant!"

"A spoiler was purchased from CarID and the quality was poor from the start. The spoiler was deformed and low quality. When the item was returned it was allegedly damaged in shipping and no refund would be given even though it was packaged exactly how it was sent to begin with. Little was done to help file a claim with Fedex on the damage. "

"The website indicated that parts would fit my car, but they didn't. When I contacted customer service about returning the parts they said that the website was in error and the parts would not fit my car. It took 3 days to get a shipping label and I don't how long before I get refund. I am suppose to get a full refund since it was their error . I think the return process needs some improvements. Also, the website needs to be corrected to indicate the an accurate fitment."

"supposed OE replacement headlights on a 2015 Silverado were a specific vehicle match on the website but when i went to install they did not fit in one single aspect. all the brackets were positioned and spaced incorrectly and none of the body gaps lined up with the "OE replacement" headlights as well as having different connectors from the truck and not supplying adapters when the product description states everything is same as factory. will now have to return and reorder from elsewhere."
