Awful service

"You sent the wrong nerf bars and your overseas customer miservice was unable to fix it ..I spoke to about 6 people never got a call back and even when I got a senior person in the USA it still remains unresolved to this day

Poor customer support

"I tried to cancel a order and after numerous attempts to contact customer support by phone which resulted in no more than being put on hold every time. I tried the virtual support and was told they couldn’t help with my problem and it would be forwarded to the proper department, eventually I was contacted by email and told the part in my order I wanted to cancel was delayed and it would be shipped soon and I could either wait or cancel the order. I responded to the email and requested that portion of the order be canceled. 10 minutes later I received a notification my order was shipped and on its way.
So it looks like I will be receiving something I no want or need and according to their policy I will have to pay a restocking fee. I have purchased numerous products from them in the past and I have no problem with their products just customer service with this purchase and chances this will be my last purchase
