"When I ordered my rims and tires the ship date was supposed to be April 30th. It was pushed back to May 17th. Finally showed up on June 18th. I was given a $40.00 gift card for the delay. They did have a Memorial day sale I missed out on during the delay with free shipping . That $179.00 would have come in handy for more upgrades to my car. I spent the extra $54.99 for the black installation kit and was sent a $29.00 set of cheap lug nuts."

"We ordered floor mats and saddle blanket seat covers for our new to us F150. Was a little apprehensive about the car seat covers on how they would fit/look. After a few days a customer service rep called to double check on the seat cover order, I was very appreciative of this service. He just wanted to double check the headrest and seat belt placement. Within a few days we got the floor mats which were perfect and was expecting the seat covers by the next week Friday. Two days later we got the seat covers early and we put them in.
