Great personal service; need to improve online

"Was ordering 4 blacked-out rims and the system automatically paired them with lug nuts, since the OE doesn’t fit. The only problem: it wouldn’t allow me to select the lug nuts in a black finish, which resulted in a call. When I reached customer service, I was promptly taken care of and the order was completed.

"Items were shipped when promised and all items were correct. FedEx delayed shipping to address though and somehow rerouted the items to Pennsylvannia and then back to South Carolina. Took an extra week to recieve but was no fault of CARiD. "

Parts not packaged well and broke

"Whoever they get their parts from just threw them in a box and they broke en route. Given it's not their fault directly, but it takes a while for their damage claim and it set me back 2 weeks on the repair"
