"Ordered a brake kit that was supposed to be in stock according to the site, waited 2 weeks for them to finally tell its out of stock. So i went ahead and replaced my order with another set and asked them to overnight it for the inconvenience it created for me, and insteadof them granting me the overnight shipping they told me they couldn’t and i still had to wait an additional 4 days before my order was shipped. This is just unacceptable from such well established business."

"Order a car hood panel, shipping was originally 2 days, changed it to 5 days. Didn’t mind that.
Package came in damaged. Came inside a box with no foam protection or anything.
Requested for an exchange since I was told I have to check out the product when I arrive. And now the new shipping day is an additional 5-9 business days. Wait time isn’t worth it, if it comes damaged again will cancel order."
