Amazing customer service

"I called CARiD to inquire what shipping would be on a larger item. I explained to Eduardo that I wasn't ready to purchase the item because I was still saving up and wanted to know what the total cost would be with shipping. He was more than happy to help me figure everything out and understood that money's tight for everybody right now. He even took extra time to look into the part to make sure everything was correct in stock and that the shipping was correct! Eduardo was courteous friendly knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Class III Trailer Hitch

"Product arrived in a torn up box that had been taped back together. There were holes in the box (untaped) so I was surprised all the parts were still there. They were.
Another issue is that I tried for several days to get shipping info with 0 success. This was both online and finally speaking with a CARID rep. No info couldbe provided.

Crooks

"I ordered some parts and it didn't tell me cost of shipping until after they processed my payment. I had immediate canceled the ordered but had to do it through the liclve chat as their cancel button doesn't even work. The cost of shipping doubled my cost of the parts. All they do is put in an order through another vendor and uncharged the shipping. Buy all parts from other vendors for a fraction of the cost. "

Incredibly disappointed

"I ordered the part and was shipped the wrong side, despite it being labeled “passenger side” on the listing. Requested a replacement but have not received the shipping return info yet. They won’t ship the correct part till its return, so I don’t understand why the label takes so long for them to email. Horrible experience so far. I’m out the $ and still have no solution in sight. "
