"Ordered an Oxygen Sensor that I needed in order to get vehicle back on the road. Shipped by UPS and should have arrived in 1-2 days max. Well, UPS couldn't find the package. Call CARiD and spoke to a Customer Service Agent. Explained I needed to cancel the order since I could not wait and purchased the O2 Sensor at a dealership. Agent said she would file a claim with UPS and process a refund. Called CARiD today to explain that it appears UPS is trying to deliver the package and I didn't want it. Was informed that I was liable for shipping costs both directions - not a full refund. Well, today, UPS shows up with a box which looks like it was tampered with. UPS driver opens the box and the only thing in it is brown paper - no O2 Sensor. So, I rejected the package and called CARiD with the latest news. Still not sure when they are going to issue a refund because they insist that the package needs to be received back at the warehouse first. So, my word isn't good enough. After this experience I will never buy from CARiD again. This is not how to treat a customer."
