I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've experience however, R+L carrier has reported that the delivery was actually refused with the carrier due to ‘not being in the original box’, not due to the damage, you didn't mark with the carrier that the part had any damages. Moreover, the carrier even confirmed that there was not visible damages to the part. The part is now in transit back to the warehouse and the refund will be issued upon the return according to the advertised policies.
