Once he answered my questions, he offered to place the order for me and explain the tax and shipping amounts which I found the shipping was extremely reasonable! "Looks great . Only negative is there’s no bracket for the trailer plug"
"My oder was cancelled due to items not available even though the items were listed as “In Stock.” My order was split into 2 orders. The second order, took 2 weeks before it was determined one of the items was not available then they just cancelled the 2 other remaining items in this order without explanation. I had to contact customer service then they just said that one of the items was not available…I asked what about the other 2 items and no answer. Very poor customer service. I ended up ordering the missing parts from Summit Racing instead. Way better experience and immediate notification of tracking. Won’t order from CarID again unless I absolutely need to. And even then I won’t expect to get my parts."
