"I contacted CARID.com via live chat to ask how to obtain a military discount on my purchase. The rep confirmed my eligibility, created a cart with the item I was purchasing in it and the military discount applied. He sent me a link to the cart, so all I had to do was checkout. Easy peasy.
My item shipped pretty quickly and I received it soon after. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from CARID.com again.

"Bought brake rotors, paid shipping etc and received them about a week after they said I would receive them. Tried to cancel, they would not allow it, when I finally get the rotors, they are spray painted and look like a meth head tweaked on them for a weekend. I send photos back and they say they will accept a return for a fee plus deduct shipping as well. I paid for shipping to begin with, and I shouldn't be punished for paying over $300 for 2 rotors that look like trash and wanting a refund. I'm sorry if I expected some type of quality for my money. I didn't buy $60 rotors, I expected quality for the price. All in all I now have no rotors, and they are only willing to return 2/3 of what I paid because they have no ethics. ** UPDATE ** They said they would issue a full refund once I informed them I was reporting them to the BBB, after a bunch of wasted time and games they still have done nothing. Complaint Filed and I hope they go under. This is a very poor way to run a business, Looking at the BBB page CARID has a 1star rating for scamming customers. Be very cautious buying here."
