"I placed an order for rims and lug nuts. I never received an email saying they’ve been shipped, like they said I would. That was fine, as they came quick and luckily someone was home to sign for them. Lug nuts, never received. Called and was told they were coming from another distributor and had no idea how long that would take, so I asked for a refund. Kind of needed those lug nuts. All in all, good experience. Just seemed a little unorganized. "
