"I purchased headlights for my vehicle with the assistance of the customer service rep.I received the item and took my vehicle to have them installed. after removing the old headlights that were on my vehicle,The mechanic determined the new headlights were completely different and could not install them.I contacted carid customer service and explained my dilemma. I was instructed to take a photo of the the new and old headlights and vin number forward to the company for further review. after they receive the aforementioned, I will receive an RMA label to return the headlights. I waited for almost a week and there was no correspondence from the company. I called again and spoke to a representative named Mark. He listened carefully as I explained my dilemma. He apologized for my situation an assured me he will resolve my problem. He put me on a brief hold and returned to tell me he resolved everything. He didn't just hang up after helping me but, took the time to explain the return process, the approximate time I will receive RMA return label and what to expect. When I told him about the labor cost I had to pay the mechanic for removing my headlight he put me on another brief hold and returned to tell me that he was able to get a credit for me. It was a 25 dollar credit far from the labor cost but, the empathy he showed and how he went above and beyond to correct my problem means a lot to me. Mark is an example of what every customer service rep should strive to be like. He should be commended for an excellent job done to the highest capacity"

"I order a compressor for my ac in a 2006 silverado 5.3l. I had already received the wrong one from another company. They advertised a compressor that was like the one on my truck along with other ac parts in a kit. It stated it would fit my truck. I bought it and it was not the one incthe advertisement. It was the same one I git from the other place. I contacted them and was told the ad was a general description of the item. I was charged $12.99 to send it back even though it was their mistake and shipping. Dont waste your time or money. I consider it borderline false advertising. "
