Grille

"I needed a new grille for a customer that had a crashed Silverado in their shop. The OE part was discontinued. I called and Dina was very helpful in locating a suitable replacement. The purchase process was easy with her guidance. A few days later my grille arrived just as expected. The grille went on the vehicle without any issues. Happy Parts Manager, Happy Body Shop Owner, and a Happy Customer. "

Nice product, great fit

"I ordered 3D floor mats for my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid. The product arrived quickly and in good order. These fit tightly and exactly in the floor board. All the dirt and sand that gets carried into the car on shoes is captured on the mats and it makes cleanup so easy. These help make the inside look so good and the price on these was less than the more advertised custom made mats."

Not the greatest packaging

"My stainless steel CB antenna was bent slightly on arrival. The packaging was basically a long envelope made of cardboard. I believe a more substantial box would have prevented the slight damage. Currently waiting to hear whether I’ll get any refund.

Update. Two days later, I still don’t know whether they’ll refund my shipping cost but my review was negative enough that they responded and offered an apology and a gift certificate. So that definitely helps a little bit. Bumped it up to 4 stars overall now instead of 3.
