"I ordered blank CD media and was shipped incorrect product. Got RMA # and returned product for replacement. Received reship product and again is incorrect product. they shipped the same incorrect product as the first time. I have requested an RMA # and shipping label again. Waiting for response. "Wow. I ordered a CD case from these guys. It was only $12.99, so I didn't expect much. Shipping was $13.54. When it arrived, the zipper was about 6" too long and hung outside the case. That's a defect that, in my opinion, shouldn't have gone out of the factory. Actually whoever sewed it must have been told to let it go. They probably used the same zipper for various sizes of CD cases.
Anyway, I told the company that I wasn't paying for the thing and that I wasn't paying for shipping. They offered me a $2 credit if I returned it and paid for shipping. I thought that was very funny. :)

Yes. Two dollars refund if I spent $13 to return it.

I told them I was going to dispute my charge unless I got a full refund and they paid shipping both ways, and I told them I'd write a negative review. So here it is.

In the end they wouldn't refund shipping to get the product to me because they claimed that shipping to get it to me was paid directly to a third party.

I wonder how it is that CDRDVDRMEDIA managed to collect all the money from my credit card, $26.53, but couldn't refund the shipping to get it to me. They refunded only $12.99 for the product.

My hope is that in the future companies will respect consumers more. We do in my company. I'd be embarassed if someone complained about something defective like that leaving my factory.

I sent them pictures and they got the product back and still made a lame claim that they couldn't refund shipping. So I disputed my credit card as I said I would. "

Minus 1 single cracked unit of cd/dvd case which considering the case fulls I have purhcased from them it's not bad at all. "I purchased a simple solar powered toy from this merchant and even though it was only $3, it was a total waste of money. First of all, it was shipped from Singapore, and stated it would be shipped within 2 weeks. Mine took one whole month to deliver. When it arrived, the packaging was all messed up, and the item itself was all separated parts by parts, but not broken. The item was defective from the start. Its design wasn't meant to function properly at all. Simply put, it was a piece of junk, not even worth one dollar!!! Shame on CDRDVDRMEDIA.COM for even trying to sell these junks to customers."

"Very slow shipping process going on 3 days and my order has not shipped on an in stock item. The worst is when I sent an e-mail for a shipping date or time I was told it would be soon by Lisa from customer service.
When I asked for a clarification on soon I got no response. They state on the site 1-2 business days for shipping but don't believe it. And if you need to talk to someone no telephone number and no e-mail response from customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from them. If I don't get a response in another day I will cancel the order and dispute the charge with my credit card company!
On the other hand the parent company Meritline has very good customer service. I have purchased from them many times with great service. I planned on ordering this item from Meritline but they were out of stock for a week. What a mistake I should have waited the extra week. I probably would have got the item sooner!
Bottom line don’t wast your time or money with CDRDVDRMEDIA.

"This is one of several sites run by Meritline (the package and receipt and cross-selling emails all come from Meritline). They are a 2nd-tier retailer with 2nd-tier standards. Not bottom of the barrel, but not first class either. They are safe to order from until something goes wrong. Then you may find the hassle not worth it.

I have trusted them for simple stuff (brand name media, cheap card readers), usually with no problems. This order was for a Ridata Pro secure digital card, which was extremely inexpensive with no shipping charges. The order was processed quickly enough, but the item they sent was NOT the same item pictured on the web site. It was the Ridata green label card, not the grey label that I thought I was ordering based on the photo very clearly pictured on the web site.

The green label is actually Ridata's newer model, so some people might be thrilled, but I specifically wanted the proven, reliable Pro series, so I was disappointed.

I'm not going to even bother sending it back. For the price I paid, I can't complain, and there's the rub with CDRDVDRMEDIA.COM."

They did not respond to my email for days, and after several emails they have sent me a return form. A company should not make you pay for your mistakes, and this is the last time they'll have that opportunity.
