So far so good.....

"I haven't received my furniture yet but so far I am pleased with the customer service I received from Maxine. She sent me my quote via email almost immediately after I placed my order. She answered all of my questions and and concerns. I hope that my sofa is all that I expect it to be. My main concern is that it will not be "real" leather. Some furniture stores claim genuine leather and its a mix of other materials. "

"I spoke with Moshe Miller, customer service, regarding a damaged part in my order. I do not recall when I have had better customer service; this leads me to believe it is the standard at Coleman Furnishing. Mr. Miller wasted no time taking care of my issue with a most satisfactory resolve.

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

"PLEASE I am warning you, DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a bed from them and it's been over 2 months and I have not received the merchandise. Now, they have told me that it has been damaged AGAIN, so it will take another month. It's NO trying to please the customer or offer anything for such an inconvenience. I've asked to cancel the purchase but I has told that they will change me a Cancellation fee: $115.80.....I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. This should not be acceptable!!! I am warning you"

"Our purchase was expected to ship on 12/19, it actually shipped earlier. Unfortunately, the piece arrived damaged. Customer service as easy to get to and explain the situation. The customer care after the original call was exceptional. The representative kept in contact by email and and new piece was shipped out within the next day. "

paying for your purchase twice is NORMAL at Coleman Furniture

"I bought a dining set on 12/2/18 and the purchase price has been pending in my bank account ever since.
On 12/13/18 I looked at my bank account and Coleman Furniture charged me the exact same price AGAIN.
I spent an entire day emailing and talking to anyone and everyone i could in the company. One person said that it is NORMAL for this to happen and the additional charge would fall off overnight- it didn't.
Another person said that it will probably take 5-15 days for the additional charge to come off.
The majority of people stated that they did NOT take the additional money from my account even though I provided proof with my transaction history. The refuse to comply with my bank even though all my bank needs is for them to say that I was only to be charged the purchase price one time.
I should have paid better attention to all of the many bad reviews this company has.
If they truly believe that they only took my money once, then I do not see why they have any problem letting my bank know it.

Broken furniture

"Very bad. Furniture took 2 weeks to ship, then arrived damaged, now company won't accept it back and instead wants me to wait 2 more weeks for replacement parts to ship and expects me to disassemble the product and replace the damaged parts myself!"

Nice stuff Fast

"Well... Nice stuff fast. Love the look and the speed at which it was delivered. Very handy resource for furniture, especially with a big family and a new house. I live in Jersey and I guess they are in New York, but the speed of delivery is astonishing. It's a big plus! Maybe I'm lucky that the items are in stock and I'm not far, I guess from the main warehouse... but I guess, lucky me?"

The Worst Customer Service Experience of my life

"Ordered a dining room set from these folks at the end of August. They said 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, after 10 weeks they still don't know where the table is. I got the run around from nearly every one I spoke to, was lied to on several occasions and even hung up on twice.

I wouldn't do business with these folks for any reason, product or price. Experiences like this give online merchants a horrible reputation.
