Shipping was as expected. I got phone calls and emails from the shipping company updating the status of my shipping as it goes a long as well as the scheduling time of delivery. They were on time and courteous.

"I make almost all of my purchases online and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had seen a sofa and chair in a store and was looking at online reviews and saw Coleman's had it for the same price and also free shipping. I called and was told it was available and it could be delivered in 4-5 weeks. I placed the order and my credit card was charged immediately. I received a call a couple of days later and was told they were canceling my order because the furniture was unavailable. I told her I had called before placing the order and was told it was available but that didn't seem to matter. The problem is that I lost out on the sale price at the store and it will now cost me $300 more if I order it. Also their chat with someone now is a joke. They respond to the initial question, but then they don't answer again and you get disconnected for inactivity. I will not consider this company in the future no matter how much better the price is."
