"Great prices, good selection, easy ordering process, and quick delivery makes Geeks.com my first stop for computer needs. When this order arrived missing parts, I contacted geeks.com, and they immediately made arrangements to get me a return postage label. They will ship me a new monitor when this one is returned. I really wish they'd ship the replacement one to me first when the problem is no fault of mine, but their policy requires receipt of the return first. Other than the wait for the return, this is an excellent company to do business with, they're responsive and pleasant from start to finish! "

"I am very satisfied with the laptop I just bought from Geeks.com. It was shipped quickly and in excellent condition exactly as expected.

The only thing negative I could come up with is that I bought it and less than a week later I got an ad emailed to me from geeks.com about a month end clearance event. My laptop was $20 cheaper. After I got my laptop I ordered some accessories from Geeks.com and have also referred friends to use them if they need anything tech.

I emailed Geeks.com to see if they would meet me in the middle since I lost out on $20 buy not waiting til the end of the month and asked them to credit my account $10.

I have not gotten a reply from that email over a week ago.

"Order was shipped and received as promised. However, items were incomplete and not as described on the web site. Now begins the hassle of correcting the problem. We will see how well this process goes with Geeks.com cust. service.

I have been pleasantly surprised by thier prompt response to my message about the problem. They confirmed a shipment of the incorrect/missing accessories the next day and have been diligent in keeping me informed.

My only complain would be the subsequent junk email trying to sell me a third-party warranty.

"This store was recommended to me by other geeks. I ordered a motherboard that was advertised as new. No manual or cable came with the box. The BIOS was actually a crippled Compaq BIOS. It was obviously not new and when I called to ask questions I was told I'd be sent a manual and a cable. It never came. I will not shop there again. That mobo is back in the box, in a corner of my office. "
