"Twice now you have accepted my order and charged me for it before following up to tell me you don't have my prescription. Get it together. I thought ordering online would be quicker and more convenient, but the opposite is actually proving to be true.
If you can't confirm inventory prior to accepting an order, at the very least don't process the charge until the order has shipped. It's insane."
