When I search the meaning of "Import Customs Scan" I found this in the FAQ of China Post:
If you got the status of “Import Customs Scan”, there are two possibilities :
1)If the parcel was original shipped from China and the LOCATION column shows as a China City such as Beijing,Shanghai etc, then it means the parcel was returned back to China from oversea country. Normally the parcel will be send back to shipper and recipient will NOT receive this parcel in future unless the shipper pay extra shipping fee and send it again.
I will NOT receive the item and they dont refund the money because I didnt pay with paypal.

"I was not my first ordering at dx.com. Generally i have no problems with dx.com.
This time (the order from dec 2013) wasn't shipped fully, because there were some problems with customs office in my country. So i received the order partially and several items were sent back to dx.com. So the dx staff asked me what i 'd like to do with those items (resend again or put money back on dx account). i chose to have my money on dx account. One of those unsend items was a gift from dx.com - so they could't give me money back for that item, but they gave me a gift card (for the same value as that item was) and i had to use the card during the following month (and the card was valid only if the following order is worth more than approx. 30usd). The problem was solved, i made another order. So, generally i am satisfied with the work of dx staff and dx.com."
"I have been a customer of Deal Extreme now for approx 8 years, I have spent well over $3500 aud with them. Sure as other reviewers state, some time there are issues. DX is a reseller, I don't think its fair to blame them for products they sell in good faith nor is it fair to blame customs in either country for slow or missing parcels. On a only 3 occasions the products that arrived were faulty, and on only one occasion the parcel never arrived. But with just a few moments using their live chat feature or email form, each time I have had an issue, they have sorted for me immediately. Each time DX simply just put a store credit on my account and didn't even want me to send the faulty items back. As a result, in 8 years of international shopping, I have never been out pocket even one cent.
I will continue to use and recommend dx.com to anyone."
