"Never have I had to wait so long for a package. My only response is being told to wait an additional 2 weeks. If after those two weeks, I had still not received the package, I was told that they would look into it again. Instead they have become unresponsive."

"Used to get quite good service from dx.com.
Apparently this seems to only be when buying small items though.
I ordered a tablet from them, and it wasn't delivered for 60 days. After 45 days I was told to continue to wait as the item was on its way! (i still haven't received the original shipment)

Took a chance and asked if they could resend it instead of refund(at no extra cost), which they did, but I still have no tracking details 7 days after dispatch even though they have said that tracking takes 5 to 7 days to appear online.

When I said this to customer service over online chat I was told:

Michael: please do not one bite by snake and fear it 10 times
Michael: it is normal in international business days
Michael: please do not worry
Me: i hope not to be bitten twice, if i am i will avoid the snake.

I have now lost all confidence DX.com and will not use them ever again.

"Their web site shows items in stock while they are not.
They take your payment and after 5 days you get a message that item is not in stock.
I ordered a more expensive radio and got the same out of stock message one day later !!!
When I threatened to cancel my order suddenly the item was in stock and would be shipped the next day.
Since that time I have contacted dx.com 3 times to ask for the status of the shipment. They say: wait a few more days.
After 20 days I am still waiting for the shipment to arrive.
Over the past 15 years I never had to wait this long for a product to arrive.
The last chat was ended abruptly by their help desk person after I said that I would request a refund if the order does not arrive before end of April.

"I bought on this site several times. First of all, the level customer service (support) is high. They reply rather quickly.
Good thing is free shipment if cart is more than 15 dollars.
I had bad experience, when headphones were broken after receiving. But customer support team resolved it very quick. They resent them in a few days.
I had problem with delivering one of the order, but the fault is of Chinapost.
Prices in average are the same as in other shops. But good thing that one shipment can consist of several items.

"DealExtreme has excellent customer service, I ordered something around January this year, it took a little bit to arrive but it got to my address. There was a missing item so I reported it. They shipped it really quick as I asked for.

Also the customer service representative had a great english!

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. It's been close to 2 months since I placed a order with them and all I get as a response is that I should wait a little longer. They also don't adhere to their 'timely' refund policy either. Using the ticket service or online chat is absolutely hopeless as they just ask rhetorical questions and just end with asking you to wait longer once again or ignoring you all together. China may be on the other side of the world but never in my experience has any product taken over 15 days tops to get to me. Buyers beware.

"Except the fact the process lasts too much, I think DX is doing a great job. I have discovered this site recently through a friend when I was searching for a 5 inch ebook case which in my country could not be found, also at a very good price. Unfortunately the product was out of stock so the process was extended and I made a ticket but the customer's service answer made me wait even more, Since then I have placed a new order for other products even though I haven't received yet the ebook case. Some of my items were again out of stock but this time the customer service was really prompt when I made my second ticket. Now all the orders are fully shipped and I track them online. From the start I've put my trust in them that they will send me all my stuff because I've read the positive reviews of customers from Romania regarding the shopping experience at DX."
