"One of the many who apparently were sucked in by EMS Computings 'free shipping' offer only to have my order cancelled AFTER my credit card was charged. Very poor customer service / relations and I suspect this company will not be in business for long."

"Same story as the rest of them posted on or about August 4th.......they charged my credit card before shipping and then cancelled my order. This is the first and last time I'll do business with EMS. Heed our advice......avoid them!"

"Very Bad service indeed. Placed order for speakers and monitor. Both showed to have hundreds in stock. Credit card was charged in 5 min. but order was never filled and after a week they cancelled it. Products still showed in stock at their site but now were 30% higher price tag. Just down right dishonest in their practice. still waiting for refund to show on CC. "

"***********UPDATE************
This is the best part of all. Not only did they not refund the charge to my credit card, they charged me AGAIN! I now have two charges from them. This happen to anyone else?

Take my advice, NEVER ORDER FROM EMS! They charged my card the day I placed the order, but didn't ship the product. That's bad business method #1. They didn't respond to e-mails. Bad business method #2. No one to answer their phones - #3. Cancel my order for some BS reason, then I check the webpage and the price has gone up $50 - #4. Still no refund to my card - #5.

EMS, I will be happy to go to your web address in a few weeks and see that nothing is there.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

"I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

According to their "policy", EMS computing "will not charge your credit card until your order has scheduled to ship". My credit card was charged on 7/28 but the item was never scheduled to ship. Attempts to contact EMS computing were a waste of time. Emails and phone calls were met by automated replies. There is rumor that they are packing up. On their website, they claim that they’re moving but they could just as well be taking the money and running. Yesterday, I disputed the charge with MasterCard just in case EMS computing should try running.

Today, I received a cancellation notice. The cancellation notice said “In the unlikely event your credit card was charged, a full refund will be posted to your account within 3-5 business days.” My credit card was charged and according to the comments posted here and elsewhere on the net it doesn’t seem like it was an “unlikely event”. They should never have charged my card in the first place. I will be filing complaints to the BBB and the FTC.

"Just another one:

Placed the order, charged immediately. Website states that they won't charge you until your order is ready to ship. They canceled it a week later stating that they "will be unable to ship your product(s) in a timely manner".

Still have 205 units listed as in stock, ready to ship in 1-2 days.... I could place an order right now for it again.

Of course, now they charge shipping and list the product 30% higher than I purchased it at.

Fraudulent advertising at the very least.

"hit my credit card and withdrew my
account and then never sent merchandise.. did the same thing to probably hundreds of others ..they 'moved' in the middle of offering free shipping...and i couldnt contact them for a week .. extremely shady operation ..then after a week they sent me an email saying they couldnt do the purchase...meanwhile i missed out on other deals for the same product.

"Ordered a case while it was on sale with free shipping, a few days later they emailed me saying it's cancelled (no reason to, considering they have 89 of it still left in stock) WASTE OF TIME!
