"This company customer service agents will try all tactics to avoid you from speaking to a manager. I had an issue with my product, i requested to speak to manager with two different agents, they both said manager wasn't available and they will argue back and forth with you about speaking with a manager. It's like it's a crime to ask to talk to a Manager. They will hive you attitude too. Please beware."

"I'm pretty sure this company is not actually in the U.S. because I just spent the morning arguing with a customer service representative as to whether New Mexico is part of the contiguous U.S. They refused to look into why I was getting charged international shipping and just claimed that USPS considers NM a remote area even though, if the company was ACTUALLY headquartered in GA, then we would be closer to them than a number of states. Agent did not seem interested in calling USPS or even looking at a map, instead simply repeating the lie that it's not their fault, totally USPS. Thought I'd try their Facebook page and it says it's maintained by somebody in Moldova which sounds right to me since they don't want to call USPS and they don't know states.
Edit: updating my review to 3 stars because apparently leaving a negative review elsewhere got someone to look into the issue, they offered me credit to cover shipping too which was nice but it shouldn't have taken negative reviews to get someone to look into things."
"Got the **** machine, and tried it out first I tried the **** part, but that didn't work out too well, because I am a big guy so I tried it again with a lot of lube and it still didn't work, finally gave up and then went for the tongue part, and that worked wonders. I squirmed in ecstasy and squirted **** farther than ever before. I'm definitely going to be using this toy a lot. "

Before I could even think about calling to check the status, I received an email to ask if I had received them yet. After telling them I has not, about 15 minutes later I received another email from them stating that they were at our post office, due to the storm the driver hadn't made her route, it would be there asap. How often do you find customer service like this? This was awesome and greatly appreciated!"

For my personal use. There have been many that are okay but not what I enjoy, (my bad) but it is exactly what I ordered.
I have had issues and when I contacted customer service they have handled the issues and replaced the item.
I ordered an electro play unit and the accessories. Just let it sit for quite a while because some family issues. I went to put batteries in it and use it nothing, opened a fresh pack of batteries and replaced the ones I just put in and again nothing, was do disappointed.
No I didn't call customer service as I had it for several months and I know I should have tested it when I got it. I will continue to purchase items Thur them and definitely recommend **** toys I have tried to friends and yes family as well."

"I got everything I received and in a timely manner, took about 11 days after I purchased the items. I got some free items from them during a promotion, they're alright. Can't complain, they're free. The **** U **** I bought is decent quality, thought it would have a stronger vibration but not really. The tail butplugs are wonderful, wish they all were stainless steel so silicone lube could be used. The glass deldo I bought is nice, smaller than I expected but that is my fault for not checking the measurements and assuming. They are correct to measurements. The Fleshlight I bought for my husband could be better. Kinda large and clunky, and the lube drips to the bottom and leaks from the bottom cap. Most disappointed in that. Overall I'm pleased with the company, will buy from them again."
