"This company customer service agents will try all tactics to avoid you from speaking to a manager. I had an issue with my product, i requested to speak to manager with two different agents, they both said manager wasn't available and they will argue back and forth with you about speaking with a manager. It's like it's a crime to ask to talk to a Manager. They will hive you attitude too. Please beware."
"I've had an issue with my local post office. They claimed that the package was delivered, but in reality, I didn't have it. Luckily enough, I've got in touch with Alex and Tori who helped me a lot. They were kind enough to explain the whole situation and asked me to wait for additional days. After some days I reached out to them because I still didn't have the package. Tori asked me to double-check the address and then resent the package with faster shipping for free.
I'm very happy with the customer service and their politeness. One of the best experiences I've ever had!
The prices and deals are awesome. It's a rare thing to see such a company today. The quality of the products is good and the free gifts still keep my wife happy.
The delivery itself isn't a strong thing, but it's not the companies fault rather USPS's one.
