"I had been looking everywhere for these particular dining room chairs. When I found them in stock at Emma Mason/ Dinning Room outlet I was thrilled. I expected them to take around two months before I received them but it actually took 8 months before they were finally delivered. I had begun to think I had been scammed. I cannot count how many times the date was extended out. The customer service rep was alway very friendly but eventually that was big enough to curb my frustration. They had thousands of my dollars for months and it felt like I would never receive my chairs. Even once they finally arrived to their warehouse the were week estimations for them to arrive at the delivery company and then the local delivery company were off by weeks. They said 2-4 weeks for each stop and that time was at least doubled for both. My chairs arrived last weekend after being ordered in February. They are in great condition and I absolutely love them but I will only order from this company as a last resort. "
