"I waited & was promised over & over & over again a table that I ordered on 1/13/22. It never arrived. False promises from the get go. Now that the price significantly increased I know exactly why this company won't ship me my table. This same table is available on many other websites but Emma Mason continued to tell me otherwise & make excuses. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Never received a call from management. You guys got exactly what you wanted - to scam a customer & forced me to cancel. You would have never sent my table. I have since ordered a table from Wayfair & it took all of 3 days to ship. "
"In a time when it’s not always a great experience getting a custom delivery I can tell you I was super impressed with EmmaMason from start to finish. They reached out to me from the time I placed the order for a new Queen Bed till well after delivery was made. They made sure I was informed every step of the way and Adrian worked with me directly on the delivery. One small piece was missing from the bed and they made sure to resolve that quickly with the manufacturer and had it delivered by the same crew. "We had been looking everywhere for these particular dining room Tables and chairs. When we found what we were looking for, we drove an hour and a half to Emma Mason/ Dinning Room outlet. We were thrilled. We placed our order and were told the item is in stock. We were told we should have our table and chairs in 6 -8 wks. We expected them to take around two months before we received them but it actually it has been 11 months and we are still waiting. We keep getting emails every month indicating that our items will be shipped on a certain date and each month it goes by and we still don't have our furniture. 10

"I had been looking everywhere for these particular dining room chairs. When I found them in stock at Emma Mason/ Dinning Room outlet I was thrilled. I expected them to take around two months before I received them but it actually took 8 months before they were finally delivered. I had begun to think I had been scammed. I cannot count how many times the date was extended out. The customer service rep was alway very friendly but eventually that was big enough to curb my frustration. They had thousands of my dollars for months and it felt like I would never receive my chairs. Even once they finally arrived to their warehouse the were week estimations for them to arrive at the delivery company and then the local delivery company were off by weeks. They said 2-4 weeks for each stop and that time was at least doubled for both. My chairs arrived last weekend after being ordered in February. They are in great condition and I absolutely love them but I will only order from this company as a last resort. "
