"I ordered on 2 occasions from them, once from their Yahoo store, once from their main store. In the 1st order I was trying to find a matching CDROM to go with a DVDRW I was buying somewhere else and I bought the SONY CDU5211 (http://www.essencompu.com/nupplysingar.asp?ID=525) and it did not look like the picture at all. Instead it looked quite crappy. It was however shipped very fast. I RMAed it and it took them about 8 days after they received it back to give my money back. I ate the shipping cost both ways. My 2nd purchase from them was some memory and everything went fine. I'd recommend them, just don't trust the pictures, call if you have to. On my first order, they called me the morning after the night I ordered because my ship and bill addresses didn't match. I confirmed to them that I had setup a ship address with my credit card and my package shipped that same day!"

Bought a new Abit Motherboard (MoBo).Shipped me a heavily used/returned with scratches and fingerprints on the CMOS battery and--you name them-- any shiny electronics parts Motherboard. They said they "test" some (that had been a heavy and unprofessional "test", I'd assume someone's return), but gracefully agreed on shiping the MoBo back on their expenses AND full refund. It wasn't though without a few fights to get those. 1st to get them agree on that, despite their "we test some, your is fine, go ahead use it and RMA it if it's defective"; then they wanted still to ship me another one after the RMA process; and finally they returned my money minus shipping. However, finally after a month the money are back in my account, 1st for the MoBo and then + shipping charge. They are better than many others, but watch what you're getting."

"I just placed an order for a Gigabyte GA-7N400-L for about $80.00. I was happy to see the Fedex 2 day as well as an option for rush shipping. I coughed up the two dollars for the rush option. About an hour later I find my order status is now Shipping. Not to shabby at all. By my calcuations, the order should be here Wednesday, 20 Aug 03.
