"Ordered a stick of Kingston PC133 ram via ground shipping. It came less than a week later, earlier than expected. Tracking the shipment was easy. The packing materials were excelent, bubble wrap and plastic peanuts. RAM was incompatible with my PC, my fault. There is a 15% restocking fee for non-defective merchandise. I don't like that but I understand it. decided to keep the RAM for future builds. Had no trouble getting ahold of them as they have a phone system. All and all a very good experience. I reccomend them to everyone."

"I was directed to Essential Computer recently by a gaming buddy. I was looking for RAM to work with a new Giga-byte 8KNXP mobo with the Intel 875P chipset. It is a very tough chipset to match RAM to, if you want a latency below CL3. I ordered Kingston Hyper-X PC 3200. Essential Computer actually picked up the phone and called me to let me know that they did not believe that the memory I wanted would work with my mobo. I was sick the day that they called and not in any shape to debate, so I asked them to switch my order to whatever they felt was compatible. They said no problem! Well, after I was feeling better, and did even more reading, I decided that I really DID want the performance memory after all. I called Essential Computer myself, and asked if I could exchange the memory they had chosen for me with what I really wanted. I had not opened the ne memory that they shipped me. They said no problem again, and even talked with me at length on the phone, trying to figure out the best way to go. They did not charge me shipping on either item! All I can say is OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I will be a permanent customer with Essential Computer! And get this....their prices are just about the lowest around!!! NICE!"

Order arrived and performed flawlessly. Only one concern: packaging was a little odd. Some foam was on top and egg crateing on sides Good), yet bottom was just folded cardboard. Perhaps they were counting on Sony's original product packaging to absorb some of the shocks of shipping. At any rate, since the drive works flawlessly, they did an overall fine job."

"Great Reseller! One of the few places to have the new Kingston PC2700 1gb memory kit (dual channel, baby!!!). I used resellerratings to give me a clue as to who these guys were, then ordered.

The memory was slated for free fed-ex 2day delivery. I ordered late on a Tuesday, so I really wasn't expecting anything until Thursday at the earliest. When I got home on Wednesday, there was the package. WOW!!!! Great communication, great packing and excellent shipping policy.
