"First, after placing my initial order for contacts, I found out they would be closed for a week and the order wouldn't get processed until they returned. Then, they shipped the wrong prescription, which I realized after opening the box of contacts. It was frustrating trying to unsuccessfully reach someone on the phone. When I did talk to someone, I was told they would not exchange or credit the open box, even though they made the mistake. As a first time customer, I will not order from them gain. "
