"I ordered a frame from EZContacts to replace a broken frame from another provider. It took weeks to arrive and then I couldn't remove a screw and put my lenses in the frame even after soaking the screw with WD-40. I had to send that frame back and I then had to wait several more weeks for a replacement frame and I was never able to get my one lens to fit properly while tightening the screw so my vision is distorted and I don't use those glasses at all.
I ended up ordering a pair of computer glasses from Payne Glasses (frame and lenses) as I cannot wear the frame from EZContacts. As I only ordered a frame, shipping should have been immediate and not taken 2-3 weeks. I won't be doing any future business with EZContacts. "
