"The product quality of this last order was disturbingly sub-par. 3 or 4 out of 6 of the individual contacts had a tiny chunk missing from the edge of each brand new freshly opened package, and resulted in eye irritation and being discarded. And I noticed added strong eye strain when focusing on close details like my cell phone or reading small text of books etc. I've never had an issue while switching from focusing on close to distant vision. I've ordered the same brand of contacts from ezcontacts multiple times in the past couple of years w no complaints, I think this batch is defective or something."

"I’ve just finished ordering online so can’t speak to the rest but ordering was easy. I called customer service before submitting my order to ask where I’ll be providing my doctor’s prescription. Customer service was great…informing me once I completed my purchase, I’d be given a screen with options which I got and uploaded.
