"I ordered a pair of frames from the site in October and was warned that processing time would take a while. Mid November, I was told that the company was experiencing greater delay and that I could expect my glasses by mid December. December 2nd came and I was told my item was still experiencing a delay. December 5th, I received an unprompted cancellation confirmation email from the company stating that their manufacturer had discontinued production of the frames and that I’d been issued a refund. What’s worst is that I’d missed out on purchasing the glasses locally on sale via my insurance because I was depending on this company. I was strung along and missed out. I can’t recommend counting on this company. They made promises up until the last minute and now I’m without glasses before my insurance deductible resets."
