"I ordered a pair of glasses for my son. Said ships within 3 business days. I also paid for overnight shipping so we would receive asap. My son was heading back to the Dr. in 8 weeks to decide if a 4th surgery was going to be needed so receiving his new prescription asap was crucial. Well over a week went by with no updates. I finally emailed to ask why they haven't been shipped out since it had been closer to 10 business days at this point. I was shocked when the representative told me "The frames are out of stock!!" Like huh? Why wasnt I contacted and informed. She proceeds to say only items that say "ships same day" are in stock. Anything that says "ships in 3-5 business days" means out of stock. How about just use the words OUT OF STOCK and I wouldn't of chose those frames. She then says they dont know when the will be back in stock. And again...EZ contacts had never contacted me to share this info. So I immediately canceled my order. This wasted valuable time getting my sons new prescription. Very frustrating . Will not use again. Went back to Eyeconic where I always order from and should have from the beginning. They always get it right!!"
