"I tried to order sunglasses from EZ Contacts. My order wasn't processed for more than a week, so I contacted them for a status report. They didn't respond, but they did immediately reverse the charge on my card. I thought that was strange, but after a week or so decided to find the same glasses from another source. About six weeks later, again without any contact with me, they charged my card for the sunglasses and shipped them out to me. Keep in mind, in the meantime, they have sent me many, many marketing e-mails to buy other products. Nothing from customer service about this order- zero, zip, nada. I contacted them immediately. They wouldn't reverse the charges this time. I was told to wait for them to arrive, return the product and sometime later, they will provide a refund. I have never seen such a goofy process! I am 100% dissatisfied with EZContacts. "
