"The product has never shipped. I inquired why and the customer service rep wrote me an email to say that "as stated on their website" the product would take up to six weeks. I still can't find where it indicates anything of the sort. The order was for a seasonal product and the season is almost over. The tracking just says it was ordered and no movement ever takes place. I am not sure why this is the case this day in age. I have never ordered from a less reliable company. Look for an alternative so you don't tie up your money waiting. "
