"Customer support is very kind with their response, but that's all about it. Support has to compensate for the lack of orders being completed as stated. Example is available now or 3-5 shipping doesn't mean three or more weeks to be completed. Support is nice, but I need my prescription sunglasses or eyeglasses. I am frustrated and not happy. I don't recommend if you need them within a month or two. Ty for my TWO ORDERS, shame on me. "
