"The canopy itself appears to be of a strong durable fabric, however, the style we purchased has a metal eyelet hole on each corner to secure the corner of the canopy to the corner of the structure. When we went to put it on the eyelet fell off the one corner. We happened to have some ourselves that are the same size so we fixed it but when we went to put it back on the another ring came off. We didn't bother taking it off again so put duck tape on that corner. It appears that the rings are too small for the corner holes."
"Our first experience was to replace our pergola top cover. It is now into it's 3rd summer of full sun and lake breezes. We recently ordered the wind protector for the side of the pergola. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size, discovered my error the next day, emailed GW and they saw to it that the correct size be shipped. Highly recommend dealing with Garden Winds !"
