"Experience was fine, however, the main portion of this "replacement fabric roof" is not properly tailored to fit the roof frame it is to fit on. This is a two-piece roof. The topmost small ventilating portion of fabric fit fine. The other larger portion of the roof is off. The base of this section with the overlapping flap is proper. But, the upper (top-most) probably 20" or so does not have the appropriate radius to fit the gazebo's frame. Thus, when I had the complete two pieces installed and velcro attached, there were pockets of excess fabric I didn't like as they would obviously allow rain to pocket (who needs more mosquito breeding ponds) that I didn't like. So I made a modification to remedy the situation as I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning the roof to be tweaked. Manufacturer needs to make some revision to their pattern! Otherwise, the fabric and workmanship was fine. "

We have not been able to install the top until today (6/16/18) due to high winds and physical disablities. Ward is a disabled veteran. Finally got help tonight and there's no corner fasteners for the frame. Its totally unusuable as is.
We are past the 60 day return time. Will you reconsider and let us return the top and netting?
