"I called to get advice prior to purchasing anything because I wasn't sure what I needed to fix my gate opener that was no longer working. They refused to answer any questions whatsoever because I hadn't bought anything from them. As a DIY'er I am not an expert on any of these products so I am looking for input. The person who I spoke to refused, argued and yelled at me and told me there is nothing she could do. Eventually she gave me to her manager and he wasn't any more helpful, but at least he didn't argue with me. Taking a chance I went ahead and ordered two batteries and a corcuit board from their website, but only after spending $300 on advice from local gate vendors who advised that the batteries, circuit board and even the whole sustem might need to be replaced.

I was told the day after I ordered and paid for the item, the circuit board is no longer available even though it is shown on their website.

Unfortunately they are my last reset for parts otherwise I would not have ordered anything at all ever from them. Poor customer service and inaccurate info on their website. "

From the page on website that I ordered, I thought I was getting the regular gate opener package PLUS a FREE solar panel.
His word was "intuitive" that I didn't catch on a DIFFERENT page that I was to pick the solar panel option.
From the page I was on it said Free Solar Panel and gave no choice to choose an "option". So I just clicked on "add to cart" thinking I was getting something extra.
Now, Matt and Bill, say that I have to send back the plug-in option which is already installed if I want my FREE solar panel.
Now, if the webpage I was on said I get a FREE solar panel, and gave no option instructions or drop down box, then I guess I should have a FREE solar panel that I can use sometime if I don't want to use my plug-in option. Yes, I know, Matt, you can't use both.
But that word FREE and then your comment that it was "intuitive", hmmm.
I sent an email to the ****@**** that the webpage should have read Free UPGRADE to solar panel and had NO "add to cart" on that page.
I see from the flyer that came with the gate opener (in a crushed box, I might say) that they sell under many different webpages different construction items. I will be very, very careful about ordering from them again. And I order parts and materials all the time for the different properties and jobs we do. "
