"I turned in my old iPad Mini. It was in pristine condition, even returned it in the original carton. First, it took a long time to acknowledge that the unit had been received, even though the tracking number showed that the parcel had been received. I received another email informing me that the Gazelle offer was time limited. After several more days, I received email telling me to deactivate "find my iPad." I thought that i'd done this before I returned the unit--following directions on how to do this. Several more back & forth exchanges, and several more attempts. Finally reached a live human by phone who walked me through the steps. Finally, money deposited to my Venmo!"
"Received an online quote for a Verizon iPhone 8. Sent the phone in per guidelines. Received a review stating that is was not a Verizon phone along with indication that it was damaged, therefore the online quote was reduced by 60%. I requested that this inspections be revisited as this was a Verizon phone. I even provided an email from Verizon stipulating that the MEID on the phone they received was in fact a Verizon Phone and verified the match. Received no reply. After 10 days, I sent another request to have this phone reviewed. This time I did receive a reply stating they would have it re-inspected. Of course that review returned the same viewpoint. Only thing they did perform properly, is they did return my phone. The most interesting part of this, I sent this same Verizon iPhone 8 to BuyBackWorld. This phone was evaluated by them as a Verizon iPhone 8 with a Excellent rating. I am just glad I didn't let them Bait and Switch on me. Be ware!"
"I have used Gazelle multiple times when trading in smart phones. Never had a problem. Reliable. Fast. Fair. Will continue to use!"
"Gazelle is a very easy company to work with and provides extremely fair offers. I have now sold 4 items to them and on 2 of them they actually increased my offer once they received the items. I would recommend Gazelle to anyone interested in selling their Apple products."
"I agreed to sell my iPad Air2 to Gazelle.com for $127.00. I shipped the device on December 18th via the USPS box and shipping label provided by Gazelle.com The package was delivered to Gazelle. at 8:55 am on December 23, 2021 in LOUISVILLE, KY 40258. Over 6 days later, on Dec 29, my account showed the device as "awaiting_receipt". I chatted with a CSR who assured me that the device was in their warehouse and would be processed shortly. On Dec 31, I got the first of two emails from Gazelle stating that that "Find my iPad" needs to be deactivated. I followed the included instructions only to find that - as I expected - Find My Ipad was NOT enabled on the device. On 1/1 I again chatted with CSR to clear up any issues with the request to disable Find My Ipad. S/he assured me it was resolved. On 1/5 there was still no updated on my device so I called gazelle.com. The CSR assured me that the device was progressing. On 1/6 I received an email from Gazelle.com saying my device was "locked" (although I had confirmed several times that it was NOT) and that they could only offer me $66.00 for my device - nearly half of value we originally agreed to. So I called the 1-800 number again and after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, a gentleman (I use that word loosely) said that he could not help me and that he would send the device back. So now, after multiple weeks, many chats/phone calls, and countless wasted hours, I received not $0.01 and I STILL don't have my device to resell."
"Decided to sell our iPhone 7+ for a fair price to Gazelle, whom I’d done business with twice before. USPS took a month to return it, after 6 weeks and calls I found it was received, sitting in their warehouse. Assigned a case number with a promise I’d here from someone in a few days, it took more calls several business days later to get confirmation of receipt, condition and promise of payment. Do I fault Gazelle? No, it seems to be the sign of the times. Businesses are short staffed, snail mail lives up to its name and shipping logistics are problematic. Welcome to the new normal!"
"So... the Gazelle pricing was commensurate with eBay net for my legacy iOS equipment. Took the plunge, sent them in, got my Ga$elle and turned that "cha-ching" into a frame-off, factory resto '54 300SL for my wife. "
"Traded in iPhone SE for $46 more than a month ago and still haven’t received payment. Support says someone higher up will contact me. Have not heard a word from them. Do not recommend "
"Quoted me $163 for my iPad Pro. It’s in perfect condition. Once they received it they revised my quote to only $19. Total scam. Don’t use this company!"
"I highly recommend Gazelle for the best price and great customer service. Seamless transaction. "
"Reliable trade program. Great experience!"
"Second time that I've worked with Gazelle and i couldn't be happier."
"Speedy process very easy to follow & my money was available on PayPal fast!"
"I’ve sold to Gazelle before and they’ve consistently undervalued my devices. This time however was by far the worst instance. They told me that the screen did not light up evenly and properly which was completely false. They then dropped my offer from $225 to $26. I had them send the device back to me and the screen was perfectly fine. I then sold it to itsworthmore.com and they certified my device was as described and paid me over $250. I will NEVER use gazelle again. "
"It went better than I could have hoped for. It was easy and was paid promptly."
