"First shipping was a pain, USPS said it would be delivered June 15th but they tried to deliver it June 14th. I didn't know a signature was required so I had to reschedule delivery. USPS never redelivered it and it was a nightmare to pick up. I was told a post office an hour away had it, but they didn't.
Anyway I finally got the phone, great condition, worked great, etc, I was super happy. I put a screen protector on it, set it up, called Verizon to activate it... only to discover the previous owner still owed on it and they had no right to sell it!!! After being on hold with Verizon's fraud dept for 15 mins I was told there was NOTHING they could do, the phone could NOT be activated, it was BLACKLISTED. I was sold trash by Gazelle.
I emailed Gazelle and was told to call the claims dept, so I did. I got a recording saying they were unavailable and to leave a message. Seriously?! As of now I'm waiting to see how this gets resolved but I am DONE with Gazelle. The phone should've been verified it was usable when they purchased it and again when it was sold. They failed and now I have to go through all this nonsense. Ridiculous."

"I used Gazelle to buy a Note 8 that was classified in "excellent" condition. Six months later it is completely dead. It won't charge and Verizon says it cannot be repaired. They urged me to take it back to the company I bought it from, but of course, Gazelle offers no recourse - no replacement or even an offer to repair it. Any company that won't stand by their product is not worthy of your money. There are many other options out there - learn from my mistake (and wasted $400) and choose to do business with a company who cares about their customers. Gazelle is not one of them."

"I was offered $180 for my Galaxy S8 that I kept in a case from the moment I unboxed it. Not so much as a scratch on the front, back or side. I sent it in the original box and packing expecting fair assessment. I was emailed that my offer was reduced to $124 because of unacceptable scratches! I almost accepted just to avoid the hassle which is what they count on. Instead I opted to have the device returned. AT&T has offered $200 to be used toward billing or att purchase. I will never use or recommend Gazelle again."
